Sin Stone

The Sin Stone is Yeon-woo's combined vessel for sin-aligned Soulstones. It develops inside the Philosopher's Stone, so references to the two can overlap without making “Soulstone,” “Sin Stone,” and “Philosopher's Stone” interchangeable names.

History

Superbia and Gula

The Stone of Superbia reacts when Yeon-woo absorbs remnants of Gula, and a sudden quest directs him to analyze Gula and create a new Soulstone by combining them. The Philosopher's Stone subsequently consumes the two stones and is described as being reborn as the Sin Stone. (Chapters 418, 519)

Expansion through additional sins

The two-stone vessel attempts to devour Luxuria through Hades' Spirit Eating Sword. Once the resistance is overcome, the system recognizes the result as the Sin Stone of Superbia, Gula, and Luxuria; the Demonism remains an ego associated with the vessel's power, not its owner. (Chapters 588, 590–593)

Yeon-woo later gathers Acedia, Invidia, and Ira. Their merger brings the count to six Cardinal Sin stones and makes the Philosopher's Stone more complete, but the system explicitly says one stone remains before a complete Sin Stone can form. (Chapters 767–768)

Abilities and properties

• Superbia crushes or subordinates resistance, while Gula drives absorption and hunger. (Chapters 528, 578, 590)
• Additional absorbed stones add their own sin-aligned properties rather than erasing earlier identities. (Chapters 593, 767–768)
• Resonates with Hades' Spirit Eating Sword to locate, overpower, and merge compatible Soulstones. (Chapters 590–593, 768)
• Serves as a high-output energy core within Yeon-woo's body and supports his transformations and powers. (Chapters 522–528)

Ownership and custody
