ArKarvahul
ArKarvahul is a djinn merchant who guides Jack Rust and Edgar Allano through Integration City and later helps turn Jack’s battles into a profitable broadcast.
Biography
Guide and business partner
ArKarvahul introduces himself to Jack and Edgar as a djinn from planet Bing and offers to show them Integration City for a discounted fee. He takes them through its shops and venues, then meets them again at the tournament entrance. His familiarity with the city makes him a useful guide as Jack’s group adjusts to the world beyond the nature reserve (Chapters 46–49).
ArKarvahul later works with fellow djinn merchant ArTazul and bets on Jack during the Integration. After Jack’s success, the merchants borrow money to buy projection stones, record scenes on Earth, and interview Jack’s allies. Their broadcast earns tens of millions of credits, but they discover that they cannot spend their new wealth while Earth is isolated from the wider economy. ArKarvahul’s business with Jack’s alliance thus changes from a small guide service into a high-stakes investment with a frustratingly inaccessible payoff (Chapters 291, 320, 325).
Appearance and personality
ArKarvahul is a short, blue-skinned djinn. He is courteous and commercially minded, offering Jack and Edgar a “friendly discount” for his tour. Later, he and ArTazul show entrepreneurial confidence by betting on Jack and investing heavily in recording and broadcasting his story (Chapters 46, 291).
Abilities and cultivation
No distinctive combat ability or cultivation stage is established for ArKarvahul. His demonstrated role is as a local guide and merchant with access to projection stones and a network from which he can borrow capital (Chapters 46–47, 291).
