Wu Shuai
Wu Shuai is Fang Yuan's dragonman split-soul clone and the inheritor of the historical Wu Shuai identity. Created to exploit dragonman and dream-path opportunities, he claims Dragon Palace, commands army ants, and organizes the Two Heavens Alliance. He later continues as a rank-eight administrator and combatant after the palace's destruction.
Biography
Dragonman body and the inheritance of Wu Shuai
Fang Yuan creates the clone as a complete golden-scaled dragonman with a matching split soul, then accelerates it from rank one through immortal ascension. The body enters Dragon Palace's dream realm and lives the historical Wu Shuai's conflicts closely enough that the dream's residual will nearly overwrites the clone. Recovering its original purpose, it takes the palace, the Four Dragon Generals, army-ant methods, and quasi-supreme enslavement attainment before deliberately adopting the Wu Shuai name. The new Wu Shuai presents himself as the revived dragonman leader cooperating with Fang Yuan, a story that explains both his historical knowledge and his current alliance. He converts suitable humans into dragonmen, cultivates to peak rank seven, and learns to inhabit the stern public role without confusing it with independent loyalty to the historical man's cause. Two Heavens Alliance commander
During the Fate War, Wu Shuai drives Dragon Palace and helps control Di Zang Sheng. He then uses the house and Evil Dragon's threat to coerce the two heavens' variant-human grotto heavens into an alliance, conquers Xia clan territory, and wages an apparent war against Qi Sea Ancestor. Both leaders actually serve Fang Yuan, allowing their conflict to manage human and variant-human forces from opposite sides. (Chapters 1937 and 1980–2000)
Alliance rule exposes the limits of fear-based unity. Wu Shuai's failed qi harvest-fruit experiments destroy human grotto heavens, and the war with Spectral Soul damages forces that depend on Dragon Palace and army ants. He remains an effective, ruthless commander, but followers' losses matter only insofar as they affect Fang Yuan's larger position. Dragon Palace is eventually destroyed, removing his principal rank-eight Immortal Gu House advantage. (Chapters 2007–2055 and 2179)
Rank-eight clone of Great Love's force
Wu Shuai continues by managing alliance affairs and developing ant methods within Fang Yuan's sovereign aperture. He reaches rank eight, enforces the rules of the Heaven and Earth Great Love Alliance, and uses quasi-supreme enslavement knowledge together with the main body's refinement resources. His latest major battle joins other clones in attacking Heavenly Court's star calculation formation. (Chapters 2074, 2103, 2229–2237, and 2316)
Without Dragon Palace, his strength rests more clearly on personal cultivation, army ants, and synchronized clone action. He remains alive and active, but controlling vast ant populations burdens the soul, and some composite methods still depend on resources or refinements available only through the main body. Appearance and personality
Wu Shuai's dragonman body is muscular and handsome, covered in golden scales, with topaz-colored dragon eyes and coral-like golden horns. The body is not a temporary transformation: it has a dragonman aperture, matching soul, and the physical traits needed to inherit Dragon Palace's arrangements. (Chapters 1803–1804)
He performs a proud, severe dragonman sovereign who favors variant humans and answers resistance with coercion. Underneath that public temperament is Fang Yuan's cold prioritization of results. The clone can improvise and administer independently, yet it does not pursue a separate destiny; even the historical name is a role consciously chosen because it advances the common plan. Dragonman cultivation
The clone begins with a complete dragonman body and advances rapidly through mortal cultivation, immortal ascension, rank seven, and finally rank eight. Dragonman physiology supplies compatibility with Wu Shuai's inheritance and conversion methods. Army ants
Army ants are enslavement-path organisms that can multiply, consume materials, refine themselves into variants, infiltrate targets, and attack in enormous coordinated groups. Wu Shuai's quasi-supreme enslavement attainment supports fine control and new designs, including poisonous variants. Scale is also the limit: maintaining too many ants strains his soul, and opposing soul-path or specialized methods can tear control apart. (Chapters 1848, 1879, 2048, and 2103)
Dragon Palace and dream methods
Dragon Palace supplies rank-eight defense, movement, dream smoke, and the inherited authority used to influence Di Zang Sheng. Its dream methods can trap or transform enemies who fail to resist, but the house requires essence, Gu, and controllers and is vulnerable to sufficiently powerful attacks. Its destruction means these abilities are no longer part of Wu Shuai's latest usable state. (Chapters 1847–1850, 1937–1982, and 2179)
Split-soul coordination and administration
Wu Shuai shares Fang Yuan's attainment while maintaining a separate aperture, body, and work stream. This makes him useful for administering alliances, managing sovereign-aperture projects, and attacking in formation with other clones. Shared purpose does not erase local constraints: he still needs his own essence and soul strength, and cannot automatically reproduce every killer move or rank-nine resource controlled by the main body. Fang Yuan creates Wu Shuai, supplies resources, and sets the strategic objective that governs his independent actions. Their shared soul and attainment make cooperation unusually direct. Wu Shuai's separate body still lets him lead an alliance, cultivate an aperture, and occupy a public position that Fang Yuan cannot perform simultaneously in person. Qi Sea Ancestor
Qi Sea Ancestor is Wu Shuai's apparent human rival and actual fellow clone. Their staged opposition polarizes Eastern Sea and the two heavens while keeping Fang Yuan hidden behind both coalitions. Later they coordinate openly in battles where the disguise no longer provides an advantage. (Chapters 1988–2010, 2033, and 2316)
Di Zang Sheng and the Four Dragon Generals
Di Zang Sheng provides overwhelming external force while Dragon Palace's inherited arrangements remain effective. The Four Dragon Generals authenticate Wu Shuai's historical claim and help operate the palace. Both relationships depend on inherited authority and equipment, making them less secure than the clone's own cultivation. (Chapters 1847–1850 and 1937–1982)
