Li Huang commands Heavenly Court forces against Fang Yuan and personally pursues him through formation and River of Time battles. Fang Yuan must spend heavily to break out of the time-path enclosure around him, marking Li Huang as the stronger of the two rank-eight experts later killed by Myriad Year Flying Warship.
