Securing Future Ally to Cutting Down Enemies
Zain accepts Leon's introduction of the young S-Ranker “Zero” after assessing him personally, then immediately converts that confidence into authority by placing Aengus Degaro over the teams of Dior and Ren. He protects the new chain of command against Ren's hesitation, brings Aengus into the senior war council, and volunteers for the dangerous infiltration mission rather than assigning the risk downward. After victory changes the political order, Zain again volunteers to help build the temporary command structure of the new regime, carrying professional military loyalty from the kingdom's camp into the Liberation Army's administration. Appearance and personality
