Melody
Melody is the reddish-brown-haired bearer of Faith. Initially part of the Holy Order's Virtuous circle, she follows Lira and Ephemera into a relationship with William.
Biography
Faith leaves the Palace's control
Melody appears clearly as the Virtue of Faith among the maidens gathered around Ephemera and Lira. During the Holy Order period, William wins her affection after her sisters have already sided with him, changing another bearer from the Pope's asset into William's partner. Her absence later prevents the Palace of Light from using its complete special formations against Felix and allied Pseudo-Gods. By the after-story, the shift is remembered as part of the broader collapse of the Pope's attempt to control the Virtues. (Chapters 1131, 1231–1236, 1295, 1386, 1472)
Appearance and personality
Melody is a beautiful young woman with long reddish-brown hair. She is described as kind and can cooperate in deception to avoid the Pope's demands. (Chapters 1131, 1265, 1472)
