Astrape is the Pseudo-God of Lightning who guards the Seventh Sanctum beside her twin, Bronte, the Pseudo-God of Thunder. After William conquers their dungeon and corrupts their power with Darkness, the sisters become his Shield Maidens. Astrape serves as a high-output artillery fighter, aerial transporter, and one half of a twin combination capable of creating devastating storms.

Biography

From Sanctum guardian to Shield Maiden

Astrape and Bronte confront William as the twin protectors of the Seventh Sanctum, confident that their combined lightning and thunder can destroy a mortal intruder. William's lightning immunity and close-combat experience negate their specialties; he corrupts Astrape first, and she then helps bring Bronte under the same influence rather than leave her twin behind. Both swear loyalty as Shield Maidens and immediately join the conquest of other forbidden dungeons. Astrape later helps create storms over Atlantis, fights Pseudo-God enemies, calls advances during sieges, and bombards the Palace of Light's barrier. She and Bronte also transport William rapidly to the Western Continent and remain among his divine allies through the preparations for the War of Destruction. Appearance and personality

Astrape is a beautiful woman whose eyes flash with lightning. She initially has blonde hair; after William corrupts her power in the Seventh Sanctum, her hair turns black. She carries a solid golden lightning bolt as a divine weapon and normally appears beside her silver-haired twin. (Chapter 1142)

She begins proud, scornful, and fiercely opposed to serving a darkness-corrupted mortal. Her defining loyalty is to Bronte: even after Astrape herself changes sides, she reassures her sister that they will remain together forever. Once sworn to William, she becomes decisive and disciplined in battle, opening assaults, following coordinated targeting, and accepting dangerous frontline tasks.   • Pseudo-God of Lightning: Astrape commands lightning with Pseudo-God-level Divinity and can fire bolts powerful enough to reduce ordinary mortals to ash. Her elemental specialty is formidable but not absolute; William can halt and weaponize her lightning, and her physical prowess is assessed at only the Demigod Rank. (Chapter 1142)
  • Golden lightning bolt: Her main divine weapon is a solid bolt of golden lightning. It can be hurled as a projectile or wielded directly, but a combatant with superior authority over lightning can seize and redirect it. (Chapter 1142)
