Zepar

Zepar is a renowned demon swordsman whose blade can cut boundaries between worlds. A sword he once used appears in Leraje's treasury, and his later weapon opens a path that reduces the usual weakening of demons invading the surface. Role in Apostles, Dragons, and the Overgeared World

Zepar's reputation precedes his direct appearance. Leraje stores a sword he once used among notable treasures, although Grid declines it. The weapon is already treated as a recognizable historical prize. This establishes Zepar as famous enough for former equipment to retain prestige and value independently of his current weapon. During the later invasion, Zepar's sword cuts the boundary between Hell and the surface. The opened route limits the weakening demons normally suffer when crossing worlds, turning his swordsmanship into strategic infrastructure for the whole attacking force.
