Role in Yangbans, Gods, and New Legends

Jad first runs toward Helena as she returns from training on the Chaos Mountains' ridges. He later introduces himself explicitly as her servant and identifies her as Bunhelier's legitimate descendant. His role is therefore that of a loyal retainer inside Helena's campaign for recognition, not an independent claimant. (Chapters 1235 and 1238)

During a staged battle, Jad watches with a stiff expression and recognizes that the apparent weapon is not the decisive issue.
