Biography
Reconnaissance against Chun Yeowun
Therese is a young, white-haired lieutenant in Keanu's future-era special forces. Before contact, he recommends cooperation with the Dead Rose unit because his team specializes in face-to-face combat. He then operates stealth drones, identifies the unusually high bioenergy of the crowd around Chun Yeowun, and tries to break the control link when Yeowun detects a drone from roughly two kilometers away. The failed reconnaissance establishes that the target's Nano Machine can counter future surveillance assumptions. Therese nevertheless enters the subjugation attempt under orders. (Chapters 478–479)
Drone Suit Battle
Therese participates in an infrasound assault but sees Yeowun adapt immediately. When close combat collapses, his thicker suit separates into thirty armed drones controlled as a firing panel. Yeowun takes control of their movement, preventing Therese from using the formation as intended. (Chapter 479)
Keanu orders Therese to prepare the captured drones for self-destruction, but the team loses members too quickly to recover initiative. Therese raises his hands, offers to persuade the other future units to withdraw, and secretly instructs Baren to contact Dead Rose. Therese and Tanaka escape the tent by triggering a suit explosion, but Yeowun survives. He cuts off Therese's raised finger, destroys both eyes, defeats the suit's attempt to repair them, and seals his blood points. Recovery by the Time Jet
Dead Rose finds Therese beneath the Time Jet, blinded and unable to move. Anna injects him, attaches a recovery wire, and pulls him toward the craft while the other operators provide cover. Therese is a young white-haired man. He is tactically realistic about the need for cooperation and quickly recognizes when subjugation has become impossible. That realism does not make him honest: his surrender and diplomatic offer are calculated delays, and he remains defiant until Yeowun disables him.

Drone Reconnaissance and Bioenergy Scanning
Therese manually controls multiple stealth drones equipped with reflective panels and reads bioenergy signatures through their sensors. The system can observe from kilometers away without ordinary visual detection and distinguish unusually strong living targets. (Chapter 478)
