Blade Lord
Blade Lord is the head of the Blade God Six Martial Clan and intended successor to the Blade God title. He organizes a decades-long attempt to reproduce a future record, gather the five spirit-beast cores, and prevent the rise of the Demon God—only to discover that Chun Yeowun's altered history has outgrown the plan.
Biography
A strategy built from the future
The Blade Lord governs a clan whose elite techniques and historical objectives come from a record left by the time-traveling Blade God. The record describes a future in which Yeowun becomes the second Chun Ma and a world-changing Demon God. Using its predictions, the clan infiltrates factions, develops completed Blood Reversion, and targets spirit beasts before its rival should be strong enough to interfere. Only the Blade Lord, Hwang-heol, and two former lords can fully read the record's simplified characters and unfamiliar future vocabulary. He is also preparing to inherit Blade God as a title, making his authority a succession office comparable to Chun Ma rather than proof that he is the original time traveler. (Chapters 395–460)
Spirit-beast campaign
The intended path is to obtain all five cores and make the clan head immortal. The Blade Lord prepares his body for that absorption and succeeds in taking the Great Bird's core, gaining powerful ice qi and regeneration. Yeowun repeatedly breaks the schedule, however, securing the Flame Qilin, Imoogi, Dragon Turtle, and eventually White Tiger energies much earlier than the record predicts. The God of the East is another unrecorded variable. By Changbai Mountain, the Blade Lord's force is operating from a future map that no longer describes the present. (Chapters 425–459)
Defeat at Changbai
The Blade Lord fights Yeowun after absorbing the Great Bird core and uses body-transcending Blade God techniques, spirit-beast regeneration, and energy unification. None is enough. Yeowun's Sword Art of the Demon God combines the Sky Demon lineage with Blade God movement and black elemental energy, cutting and burning the Blade Lord until he collapses into the frozen lake. The hostile Sky Demon energy remains in the wounds and slows the regeneration on which his escape depends. Former lords and transformed warriors use completed Blood Reversion as a sacrificial screen while Hwang-heol carries him away. (Chapters 454–459)
Yeowun intercepts the retreat and calls him a fake Blade God. While pretending to answer questions, the Blade Lord works the foreign energy out of his body. His involuntary reactions nevertheless confirm the existence of future records. Once recovered, he launches a final surprise attack by unifying internal energy with the Great Bird's cold qi, a secret he spent twenty years learning. Yeowun reproduces the same principle, concentrates black thunder into an invisible sword, destroys the defense, and annihilates the Blade Lord so completely that no body remains. (Chapters 460–461)
Appearance and personality
The supplied evidence does not provide a stable physical portrait, but it clearly distinguishes his face from the original Blade God's thick-browed appearance. The Blade Lord is methodical, hierarchical, and accustomed to being treated as his clan's unbreakable center. He can suppress humiliation long enough to seek information or regenerate, and after defeat he tries to restore subordinate morale by framing retreat as temporary. His deepest weakness is dependence on predestination: when Yeowun exceeds the record, he keeps interpreting reality as an error instead of accepting that the governing assumptions have failed.
Martial arts and abilities
- Blade God body-transcending arts: The clan's martial system forces trained joints, muscles, and movement beyond ordinary anatomical limits. As its head, the Blade Lord operates at the highest inherited level below the original Blade God, combining unconventional trajectories with enough cultivation to challenge supreme fighters directly. - Great Bird core and ice qi: Absorbing the western spirit beast's core supplies vast cold-aspected energy and accelerated regeneration. The core lets him recover injuries that would kill an ordinary warrior and blend ice qi into attacks. - Energy unification: The Blade Lord condenses distributed internal and elemental energy into a single point until the surrounding space distorts. This greatly increases penetration and defense efficiency compared with releasing the same power broadly. - Completed Blood Reversion infrastructure: The Blade Lord commands hundreds trained in the completed art. It raises bodily output and regeneration with fewer side effects than the incomplete version, creating a mass of enhanced fighters able to delay supreme masters. - Future-record planning: He uses predicted events, future terminology, and a long operational timetable to place agents and target cores. The advantage works only while history follows the record. - Regeneration limit: Even after the Great Bird core, he is not immortal. The plan requires all five cores, and the black lightning that overwhelms his unification destroys him before regeneration can begin. (Chapters 460–461)
