Ark Wui

Ark Wui, the East Challenger God, is one of the age's five strongest warriors and Changbai Mountain's human guardian. His power comes from exceptionally refined internal energy, while his final choices are governed by loyalty to the White Tiger and the friend whose burden he inherits.

Biography

Reputation and guardianship

Ark Wui is first named as one of the five supreme martial figures, alongside the South Demon Lord and West Strong King. Long before Chun Yeowun reaches Changbai, Ark forms a friendship with Sa-kyung and the ancient White Tiger. Neither man covets the spirit beast's core, and the three share martial knowledge and companionship on the mountain. When catastrophe prevents the White Tiger's ascension and leaves its successor corrupted, Ark assumes the work of containing the danger. Duel with Chun Yeowun

Ark confronts Yeowun's party because their search for the White Tiger's core threatens that containment. His pure cultivation and control make him one of the rare human opponents Yeowun recognizes as a true warrior. He withstands attacks that fuse multiple elemental attributes into invisible swords, but one strike severely damages his right arm and forces him to acknowledge that another volley cannot be blocked. Ark concedes the duel without abandoning his responsibility. He explains the danger inside Changbai and questions why a man already carrying several spirit-beast cores needs another. The mountain war and final stand

The confrontation becomes a sequence of battles involving the fallen White Tiger, the Blade Lord, and the returning Blade God. Ark loses both arms and reaches a condition in which survival should be impossible, yet he continues advancing after his friends are killed. The Blade God initially considers sparing him, but Ark's refusal to release the burden entrusted by his friend makes mercy meaningless. With no arms left, Ark performs the Heart Fist through will and condensed internal energy, striking the Blade God's chest without physical contact and forcing him to one knee.
