Foundation Establishment Grandmaster

Li Chenfeng first meets Li Fan as one of a trio preparing to leave the northern region after the Foundation Establishment Grandmaster gathering. His role expands in later cycles when he returns alongside Saint Master Qing and participates in exchanges involving the Federation and the Empire. Rather than acting as a solitary adventurer, he collects entrance fees, recruits suitable people, and transports politically significant beast-derived equipment, including Beast God Armor and Beast Soul Beads. These duties make him a mobile institutional intermediary. The corpus does not merge him with the ancient Purple Heaven disciple Li Chen, whose similar name belongs to a separate person and timeline.
