Wang Shenglong

Wang Shenglong is Wang Hailong's mute, severely disfigured younger brother. The three personalities observed by his family are not ordinary changes in mood but presentations associated with a thin monster from the Third Sick Hall.

Biography

The silent host

Shenglong hides from strangers and communicates largely through drawings while his family watches him shift among three disturbing behavioral states. Wang Hailong brings those signs to Chen Ge, whose investigation connects the thin figure in Shenglong's drawing to Doctor Gao and the Third Sick Hall. Chen and Gao confront the attached entity rather than blaming the frightened young man hosting it. Once the monster is forced away, Shenglong regains enough control to speak and warn them about the hospital, changing him from a suspected source of danger into a surviving witness to it. Appearance and personality

Wang Shenglong is a young man with severe facial disfigurement who avoids unfamiliar people and initially cannot speak. Fear and possession make his behavior difficult for his family to interpret, but once freed he is cooperative and urgently tries to pass on what he knows. (Chapters 141–146, 211–213)

Skills and supernatural abilities

Shenglong has no innate supernatural power. The alternating presentations and connection to the Third Sick Hall come from the thin monster using him as a host. Removing that entity ends its access rather than granting Shenglong the monster's abilities. (Chapters 141–146, 211–213)
