Description

Merlinda's Ring of Grateful, later called Merlinda's Appreciation Ring in narration, is a Level 50 Yellow-Gold ring that activates Shadow of Merlinda. The summoned healing effect restores 1,000 HP each second for a total of 10,000 HP and has a three-minute cooldown. (Chapters 192 and 310)

History and custody

Early raid healing

The ring is already in Zhang Yang's possession when he uses it during a large boss battle. He tells Han Ying Xue to continue restoring mana, activates Shadow of Merlinda, and receives repeated 1,000-point heals until his health returns to full. The supplied evidence does not show the ring's acquisition scene, so Merlinda's exact transfer or crafting role cannot be stated beyond the name and summoned likeness. (Chapter 192)

Zhang later compares the ring against another Level 50 Yellow-Gold option and keeps Merlinda's ring because healing 10,000 HP every three minutes is more valuable than a fifty-point absorb effect. During Pilo's berserk phase he activates it alongside a potion to reduce Han Ying Xue's healing burden while preserving Berserker's Heal and Shield Wall for later.
