Prideful Precepts

Prideful Precepts is a Spellcaster in the abrasive Pride party that joins Zhang Yang for an early dungeon run. His refusal to follow targeting instructions and his later attempt to deny Zhang Yang loot turn the temporary partnership into a lasting grudge. (Chapters 13–19 and 31–46)

Biography

Rebirth and White Jade City

Prideful Precepts opens by mocking Zhang Yang's low health and continues complaining when the Guardian leads the damage chart. He and Floral Shorts ignore target marks, then Precepts blames the tank when a boss attacks him and calls for healing. After dying to encounter mechanics, he assumes Zhang Yang intends to loot before resurrection and supports excluding him from distribution. Zhang Yang later uses a Teleportation Reagent to leave the group behind and kills Precepts after he revives with low health; subsequent encounters leave Precepts and his companions visibly afraid of being reduced to Level 3 again. Appearance and personality
