Helena

Helena is the former princess of Garano Kingdom, awakened as a Level 130 Spectre twenty-one years after dying in a plague. Initially sought only for the Crown of the Living Frost on her head, she instead recruits Zhang Yang to find her missing lover Banct, then crosses into the Japan-Korea Region to rescue him and displays the battlefield authority of both a royal boss and a ruler of undead. Biography

Inheritances and Territorial War

Zhang Yang enters Helena's mausoleum on a goblin's mission to steal the Crown of the Living Frost, but Helena rises from her jade coffin before he can take it. She quickly deduces that the tomb means she is dead, learns that twenty-one years have passed, and calls her Spectral Maidservants to her. Grief at their condition does not displace her priorities: although she wants to find Banct, who failed to return before the plague killed her, she refuses to abandon the people bound to her and sends Zhang Yang in her place. (Chapters 589–590)

Zhang Yang discovers that Banct did try to return. He had left Helena to cancel an earlier engagement, but Countess Amansari poisoned and imprisoned him, seized control of his family, and kept him in a coffin while declaring him dead. When Zhang Yang brings this information back, Helena resolves to rescue Banct personally and orders him to assist. Lacking an aerial mount, she travels on Zhang Yang's Thunderhawk and cuts through guards and players around Anjar Castle with sweeping sword attacks. (Chapters 591–594)

The rescue succeeds after Zhang Yang kills Amansari and protects Banct's barrier. Helena rewards him with Helena's Charm and emerges supporting a restored Banct, now himself a Mythical Spectre. Their combined mechanics make them difficult to confront: Banct can sacrifice his own health to restore thirty percent of Helena's and double her attacks, while Helena kills approaching players with repeated Thousand Shadow Slash and Chaos Strike. The text first profiles her as Ethereal but later calls her Mythical during this sequence, an unresolved tier-label inconsistency in the corpus. (Chapters 590, 594, and 596)

When Shuro Ousama sends an expanding army of Skeletal Infectors against the couple, Helena speaks in an inaudible language and takes control of them. She turns the summons on the Japan-Korea players, escorts Banct out of the castle, and returns with him through a portal to the Garano palace ruins. Her voice becomes notably soft when addressing Banct, and the two are left together after thanking Zhang Yang. (Chapters 596–597)

Appearance and personality

Helena is described as a rare beauty with a charming face and a royal presence strong enough to attract a legendary number of suitors in life. She first appears as a lady's corpse rising from a jade coffin, still wearing the Crown of the Living Frost, and later fights in a dress with an unsheathed sword. The corpus does not state her hair, eye, or skin color; the blonde, fair-skinned description nearby belongs to Amansari, not Helena. (Chapters 590 and 593–596)

She is calm, perceptive, dutiful, loving, and ruthlessly decisive in combat. Court experience lets her master the shock of her own death within moments, and concern for her transformed subjects takes precedence over immediately seeking Banct. Once she knows he was imprisoned, she assumes a heroic command presence and cuts down anyone blocking the rescue, but her manner with Banct and Zhang Yang remains tender and grateful. Boss profile and sword skills

Helena's first displayed profile lists Level 130, 39,000,000 HP, 5,560 Defense, and 71,546–85,546 Melee Attack. Her comparatively low health is the profile's main exploitable weakness, but her attack and unavoidable area coverage make a direct group assault extremely costly. Spectre Regeneration restores one percent of her health every thirty seconds and remains active in battle. (Chapter 590)

Royalty's Supremity Aura reduces the attack of targets within a forty-by-forty-meter area by fifty percent. The passive suppression compounds her survivability without requiring a cast, although it does not remove the stated weakness of her smaller boss health pool. (Chapter 590)

Chaos Strike hits a target a random two to ten times at one hundred percent physical damage per hit. Helena uses its rapid sequence to kill stationary players who survive her wider attacks, making the random hit count especially dangerous to an isolated target. (Chapters 590 and 596)

Thousand Shadow Slash sends blades in eight directions across fifty meters. Each shadow deals one hundred percent melee physical damage and pushes targets three meters backward; during the castle escape Helena can repeat it rapidly enough to erase groups at the tomb entrance. Helena can summon or rally the Spectral Maidservants still loyal to her around the palace ruins. More unusually, she can override Shuro Ousama's Skeletal Infectors: a flash in her eyes and murmured foreign words make them bow, ignore their summoner, and attack the Japan-Korea forces. Their ordinary two-minute duration remains, so this is control of an existing summoned army rather than proof that Helena permanently creates that unit type herself. (Chapters 590 and 596–597)

Her most important partnership mechanic belongs to Banct rather than Helena. Soul Offering costs him ten percent of his health, restores thirty percent of hers, and grants her Berserk with a one-hundred-percent attack increase. Observers conclude that the proper counter is to separate them and kill Banct first; attacking Helena while the pair remain together allows his sacrifice to reverse damage and magnify her offense.
