Ankh
Ankh, known as Ankh the Assassin, is Sun Xin Yu's burst-damage Battle Companion. Her exceptional Dexterity growth and later Mythical equipment make her one of the party's strongest companion attackers despite a low initial tier. (Chapters 529, 547–548, and 695)
Biography
Regional War and World Competition
Ankh enters the companion comparison as the closest challenger to Felice among the core party's recruits. Her growth profile complements Sun Xin Yu's own burst style, and she is repeatedly assigned to bosses where companion damage matters most. Upgraded through Battle Companion equipment, she later helps Sun Xin Yu eliminate an opposing companion during championship play and deliberately triggers Hourglass Figure's Frost Trap so her owner can attack freely. In extended PvE she remains among the companions whose damage the healers consider too valuable to sacrifice. By Chapter 695 a full Mythical set makes her stronger than Level 130 Felice in raw comparison, though she still lacks Felice's Transformation Skill. (Chapters 529, 547–548, 627, 635, 682, and 695)
Appearance and personality
Ankh wears a tight black suit and a black veil covering her head and all exposed skin; her silhouette identifies her as female. Her visual design is described as a close copy of Sun Xin Yu. She has no dialogue or independently narrated emotion, so loyalty, temperament, and intent beyond responsive companion behavior remain unstated. (Chapter 529)
Abilities and gameplay
Ankh's growth ratings are six stars in Vitality, seven in Strength, ten in Dexterity, and one each in Intelligence and Spirit. The distribution makes her a physical Assassin specialist with exceptional speed-oriented scaling and negligible value from magical attributes. Combined with Sun Xin Yu, she supports short, concentrated “nuking” sequences and can help kill another Battle Companion within a ten-second defensive window. (Chapters 529 and 627)
She can absorb control effects for her owner, as shown when she emerges first to trigger Frost Trap before Sun Xin Yu attacks. Mythical companion equipment greatly raises her later power, but she has no Transformation Skill; that absence sets a clear ceiling compared with Felice's temporary transformed state. The corpus does not name Ankh's individual attack skills or explicitly identify stealth as one of them. (Chapters 635 and 695)
Relationships
- Sun Xin Yu: Owner and companion share an Assassin burst style. Sun Xin Yu equips Ankh, coordinates simultaneous attacks, and uses her to absorb a trap during championship combat. (Chapters 529, 548, 627, and 635)
- Felice: Ankh ranks just behind Felice initially and later surpasses Felice's Level 130 raw power after receiving Mythical gear, but she never gains Felice's transformation. (Chapters 529, 547, and 695)
- Hourglass Figure: Ankh deliberately triggers her Frost Trap, clearing the control hazard so Sun Xin Yu can launch the real attack. (Chapter 635)
Items
- Battle Companion armor: Sun Xin Yu takes Level 120 leather armor for Ankh and later equips her with a complete Mythical set. The individual pieces are not all named, and the gear offsets the limitations of Ankh's Gray-Silver starting tier. (Chapters 548 and 695)
