Suspicion at the Games

Ursula reluctantly joins Amir and their friends at the Great Water Hunt after half a year apart. Already tired and nervous, she becomes openly angry while they explain the history of Oreca, calling deities parasites and pointing to the harm caused by divine demands. The outburst draws attention at the worst possible moment for Amir, and Donovan, Leopold, and Sinbrok press her to stop. Ursula initially insists that her criticism is true, then apologises to protect her friend. Alex considers her anger suspicious but rejects it as proof, noting that Baelin voices similar views. Ursula later watches the Grand Battle and praises Alex's team's skill; after Leopold's crimes and Amir's arrest, she is absent from the next Games, and her later fate is not established. Ursula is a tall woman with pale red hair, freckled pale skin, and a tired appearance. She is socially withdrawn, busy, forceful when discussing gods, and deeply uneasy under scrutiny.
