White Sand City Lord
White Sand City Lord is a plump, pointed-bearded World Deity who becomes Dong Bo Xue Ying's sworn elder brother and repeatedly backs that claim with political and personal support. Much of Chapters 416–505 survives only in cut-off fragments, so his exact stage, origin, and full combat exchange with Venomous Ying cannot be reconstructed; White Sand and White Sand City Lord are clearly the same person. (Chapters 416, 445, 455, 492–505)
Biography
Deity World and Bloodshed God Palace
White Sand first helps Xue Ying navigate the wider Deity world, discussing World Deity standings and offering transport before the Myriad Flower Feast. Their bond proves substantive when Venomous Ying tries to seize Yu Jing Qiu: White Sand intervenes directly, calls Xue Ying his little brother, and accepts conflict with a powerful World Deity to protect the couple. (Chapters 416 and 445)
He later attends the Bloodshed God Palace events because he wants to see which great existence will accept Xue Ying as a disciple. The decision turns an earlier rescue into continued investment in his brother's future and public standing. (Chapter 455)
When Xue Ying prepares retaliation against Venomous Ying, White Sand offers to act and dismisses the danger posed by her supporter. He then learns that Xue Ying instead bought evidence of illicit faith collection, leading the Bloodshed God Palace to issue a capture order. White Sand remains alive and in friendly conversation with him. (Chapters 495 and 505)
Appearance and personality
White Sand is a plump man with a pointed beard, often shown smiling, stroking his beard, drinking, or speaking jovially. Beneath that ease, he is loyal and fearless on behalf of people he accepts as family, insisting that Xue Ying call him big brother and being willing to confront Venomous Ying openly. (Chapters 445, 455, 495, and 505)
Abilities and cultivation
He is a World Deity and city lord with enough strength and standing to halt Venomous Ying's attempt and to treat her outside backing without fear. Fragmentation prevents a defensible stage assignment or reconstruction of his exact combat method, weapon, or Dao. (Chapters 416 and 445–495)
