Scarlet-Browed Mountain Master
Scarlet-Browed Mountain Master is a peevish, tyrannical cultivator whose lineage possesses exceptional avatar and survival methods. His attempt to provoke and then arrange the death of Dong Bo Xue Ying turns him into an intermediary between Xue Ying's enemies.
Biography
Escalation against Xue Ying
Scarlet-Browed Mountain Master demands ten thousand Origin World Rocks over a minor affair because he actively wants a fight. He pursues Xue Ying as a stream of blood light, but the immediate confrontation does not eliminate his target. He then pressures his senior disciple brother to assassinate Xue Ying and reacts anxiously when even that survival-oriented expert fails. (Chapters 984 and 988)
He next manipulates Sacred Master, deliberately exposing that Xue Ying has deduced part of an inheritance Sacred Master covets. This is calculated revenge: Sacred Master once killed Scarlet-Browed himself while trying to obtain the same lineage, but Scarlet-Browed trusts the enemy's greed to redirect that violence. A later investigation reconstructs his incarnations' actions and confirms that he instigated the chain of attempted assassinations. (Chapters 989 and 997)
Appearance and personality
The source calls him a mountain master with scarlet brows but provides no fuller body description. He is notoriously irritable enough to roar at groups of Cosmos Gods, deliberately provocative, and vindictive after direct force fails. Abilities and cultivation
Scarlet-Browed can turn into fast-moving blood light and belongs to a lineage whose avatar technique is judged superior overall to Southern Cloud King's version. He can maintain two avatars, and even Sacred Master previously failed to locate the surviving avatar after killing him. These properties provide extraordinary continuity and concealment rather than proof of final-realm power. (Chapters 984, 989, and 1102)
The text explicitly says he lacks the tenth-level force needed to break the world's cage and independently grasp the full principle behind such an avatar art. His surviving-lineage advantage therefore has a clear ceiling, and later passages do not show a breakthrough. (Chapter 1102)
