Pu Yang Bo

Biography

From Scarlet Cloud student to captive

Pu Yang Bo welcomes Xue Ying with jokes, offers teleportation help, and cultivates the Profound Mystery of Space under Scarlet Cloud Mountain's senior mentors. His spatial mobility makes escape his strongest advantage, while his social life centers comically on repeated efforts to find a Transcendent wife. He eventually succeeds in courting Xu Dong before the demon war, making his later disappearance a personal loss as well as a military one. (Chapters 131–148 and 237)

The Xia Clan believes Pu Yang Bo dead until Xue Ying discovers him shackled in a torture chamber. Demonic Faction seals and curses keep him weak and in agony, while Situ Hong, now a traitor, visits repeatedly to mock him. Pu Yang Bo demands death rather than joining the enemy and remains imprisoned in the last complete local evidence. Appearance and personality

Pu Yang Bo is a jubilant-looking young man with a very large mouth. He is humorous, sociable, openly romantic, and good-natured enough to accept losing romantic attention to Xue Ying. Captivity reveals a stubborn loyal core beneath the comic manner. (Chapters 131–148 and 237)

Abilities and cultivation

His Profound Mystery of Space enables teleportation so effective that Xue Ying could not catch him if he chose to flee. He can send a saber through a spatial ripple so the blade disappears and attacks from an altered position, giving the strike immense power against ordinary mortal experts. (Chapters 131–134)
