God General Skeletal Dragon is the second-ranked god general under Great Emperor North River and the powerful ruler associated with the Skeletal World. He led the force sent against the Starlight Clan, only for Dong Bo Xue Ying to reduce his strength through a soul technique and overturn the intended extermination. (Chapters 1223–1233)

Biography

Assault on the Starlight World

North River selected Skeletal Dragon because ordinary subordinates were useless against Xue Ying's soul technique. Confident in his rank and freedom, the general arrived with Wind Smoke and Gluttonous Cloud, belittled Xue Ying's reliance on avatars and Flying Snow City, and offered the Starlight Clan submission or annihilation. In battle his raw force drove back combat formations and his twin sabers pressed Starlight Master, but Xue Ying's illusory realm sharply weakened him. Starlight Master could then suppress the general while the wider balance shifted against North River's forces. Reports afterward emphasized that even the number-two god general had suffered a great loss of power, establishing Xue Ying's soul technique as a deterrent to future attacks. (Chapters 1223–1233)

Appearance and personality

The scoped excerpts give no stable physical description beyond the skeletal title. Skeletal Dragon is openly contemptuous and domineering: he mocked Xue Ying, threatened to erase an entire bloodline, and trusted superior force to make resistance irrational. Abilities and cultivation

Skeletal Dragon's foundation is exceptional physical combat power, sufficient to rule the battlefield, repel formations, and contend with Starlight Master using one saber in each hand. His strength granted unusual independence despite North River's governance of the Skeletal World, and later comparisons placed him among the god generals who remained dangerous even when weakened. His decisive limitation is soul resistance: Xue Ying's illusory realm did not kill him, but it stripped away enough usable strength for Starlight Master to suppress him.
