Eternal Night Primogenitor

Eternal Night Primogenitor is a final-realm ruler whose magic servants extend his will across the Realm Heart Great Land. He attacks Xue Ying for treasure, then negotiates peace when Xue Ying's growth makes retaliation likely. Most evidence before Chapter 1100 is fragmentary, so the origins of his city, cultivation, and refining art remain unstated; the title remains consistent across the later evidence. (Chapters 1068, 1142–1144, 1251, and 1259)

Biography

Ardent Fire and Southern Cloud

Eternal Night establishes exceptional governing reach by refining nine Cosmos God-level Eternal Night Walkers, each absolutely loyal and able to act as his will. He later confronts Xue Ying in the Realm Heart God Palace over the Sea Origin Domain, expecting a casual attack to kill him; Xue Ying's nine avatars survive, exposing a limit to that confidence and creating a future enemy. (Chapters 1068 and 1142–1144)

As Xue Ying's influence and soul strength grow, Eternal Night asks Extreme Night Primogenitor to mediate. He makes promises sufficient for Xue Ying to dissolve their enmity, openly explaining that survival matters more than pride if Xue Ying may become the world's strongest expert. After Xue Ying kills the Undying Underworld Emperor, Eternal Night concludes that yielding was correct even inside his fortified city. (Chapters 1251 and 1259)

Appearance and personality

Eternal Night is pale and handsome, wearing a bright black cloak patterned in gold; his eyes seem able to penetrate the soul and later glow faintly gold. He is proud and casually lethal when stronger, but pragmatic enough to bargain when the balance changes. His public admission that he “wishes to survive” distinguishes caution from repentance; the corpus still identifies immense bloodshed on his hands. (Chapters 1129, 1143, 1251, and 1259)

Abilities and cultivation

His best-evidenced specialty is magic-servant refinement. The nine Eternal Night Walkers range above ordinary Primal Chaos servants: the weakest exceeds Thistle Flower King, while the strongest carries part of Eternal Night's power and can fight Southern Cloud King. Their absolute loyalty gives him remote military and administrative reach, though the source does not explain their materials, creation time, replacement, or independence. (Chapter 1068)

Eternal Night can kill Cosmos Gods, project soul-affecting pressure, and attack Xue Ying with a casual wave, but nine avatars survive that blow. Eternal Night City's arrays boost him only modestly because genuinely peak defenses would cost too much, and Xue Ying's soul technique would weaken him further. His latest evidenced state is a living final-realm expert protected primarily by negotiated peace, not a new breakthrough. (Chapters 1129, 1143–1144, 1251, and 1259)

Relationships

  • Dong Bo Xue Ying: Eternal Night first treats him as a killable treasure holder, then recognizes his growth and secures a mediated settlement. (Chapters 1142–1144, 1251, and 1259)
  • Extreme Night Primogenitor: A close counterpart who pleads to Xue Ying on Eternal Night's behalf and stands beside him when Underworld Emperor dies. (Chapters 1251 and 1259)
  • Undying Underworld Emperor: Eternal Night explains his separate peace to the emperor; the latter's swift death confirms the danger Eternal Night anticipated. (Chapters 1251 and 1259)

Items

  • Nine Eternal Night Walkers: Cosmos God-level magic servants refined by Eternal Night, absolutely loyal and individually powerful. They are creations and extensions of his authority rather than ordinary followers. (Chapter 1068)
  • Eternal Night City arrays: Territorial defenses that improve his position but cannot guarantee survival against Xue Ying; greater amplification would require prohibitive resources. (Chapter 1259)
