Devil Heart's recent increase in strength wins him a powerful patron, but leaves him with only five Early Stage God Emperor subordinates rather than the larger following normal for his rank. He orders those followers to remain vigilant and minimize losses while exterminating High Mountain City's defenders. When Dong Bo Xue Ying intervenes, spatial force tears at Devil Heart while a frost layer and his own techniques resist.
