Biography

Cordu, Trier, and the Approaching Apocalypse

Imre joined Angoulême and Valentine in reconstructing the conspiracy around Hugues Artois and later helped protect the politician. When Jenna was wounded at the banquet, he chose to have Bureau 7 agents stop her bleeding before interrogation, preserving both her life and the investigation. (Chapters 1681–1693)

After Hugues's fall, Imre reassured Jenna that the Purifiers had not come to arrest her and became one of her recurring official contacts. He participated in the Deep Valley investigation, explained traces of invisible supernatural creatures, assessed Jenna's report of the painting world, and remained with the Trier team under Angoulême.
