Yin Tianlong
Yin Tianlong is a fifth-level Reliance Sect disciple who pursues Meng Hao, yields when stronger opponents emerge, and later pays for reconciliation.
Biography
Black Mountain pursuit
Yin Tianlong is one of the strongest disciples leading the chase after Meng Hao into the Black Mountain. Meng Hao repeatedly redirects demonic beasts into the pursuers, turning their numerical advantage into a supply and endurance problem. Yin finally abandons the hunt when the expected sealing period passes and Meng Hao remains alive. (Chapter 22)
Tournament and apology
Yin registers for the Inner Sect selection still directing killing intent at Meng Hao. His own draw places him against Wang Tengfei, whose pressure is so clearly superior that Yin concedes without exchanging attacks. Once Meng Hao wins Inner Sect status, Yin approaches him with Spirit Stones and increases the amount when he mistakes Meng Hao's reaction for dissatisfaction. The payment brings his active hostility to a practical end. (Chapters 28–37)
Appearance and personality
The source supplies no distinct physical description. Yin is relentless when protected by a pursuit group, but cautious when the power gap becomes undeniable. Both his surrender to Wang Tengfei and enlarged apology to Meng Hao show a survival-first pragmatism rather than deep reconciliation. (Chapters 22–37)
Abilities and cultivation
Fifth-level Qi Condensation
Yin's cultivation qualifies him to lead lower disciples and enter the Inner Sect tournament. It supplies speed and endurance for a mountain pursuit, but the corpus gives him no signature technique and shows no capacity to challenge Wang Tengfei directly. (Chapters 22 and 28–29)
Group pursuit limitations
His threat depends on coordinated numbers and predictable terrain. Meng Hao's use of local demonic beasts repeatedly forces the pursuers to spend effort on threats other than their target, demonstrating that raw level advantage can be neutralized by route control and attrition. (Chapter 22)
Relationships
- Meng Hao: Hunted enemy who becomes the stronger Inner Sect disciple and receives Yin's apology.
- Wang Tengfei: Tournament opponent whose pressure causes immediate concession.
Items
- Spirit Stones: Offered, then increased, as compensation intended to prevent Meng Hao from reviving the feud. (Chapter 37)
