Sang Luo’s Older Brother

Sang Luo’s Older Brother is an unnamed Blood Demon Sect cultivator who seeks help when Sang Luo’s distress jade cracks.

Biography

Sang Luo's distress signal

While playing Go with Li Shiqi, the blue-robed cultivator sees a linked jade piece crack. He immediately understands that his younger brother has provoked someone stronger and asks to leave to save him. His request is respectful rather than presumptuous, and Li Shiqi chooses to accompany him. They cross the Southern Domain toward the Xiao Clan, covering several hundred meters with each apparently unhurried burst of flight. (Chapters 171–172)

Rescue at the Xiao Clan

On arrival, he finds Sang Luo trapped in Meng Hao's black net. Concern pushes him toward immediate action, but his own instincts warn him that Meng Hao is extremely dangerous. Li Shiqi extends a hand to stop him and handles the confrontation herself. Once Meng Hao releases Sang Luo, the younger brother clings to his robes in terror. The older brother does not renew the quarrel; after an awkward cough, he picks Sang Luo up and withdraws. His conduct keeps a rescue from escalating into a battle he is unlikely to win. (Chapters 174–175)

Appearance and personality

He is a blue-robed young man. The text gives no more reliable physical detail. He is protective of Sang Luo and reacts promptly to danger, yet he is neither blindly impulsive nor unwilling to defer. He speaks respectfully to Li Shiqi, recognizes the threat posed by Meng Hao, and accepts Li Shiqi's intervention without turning the encounter into a matter of pride.

Abilities and cultivation

The supplied scenes show a Foundation Establishment cultivator trained within the Blood Demon Sect, but do not name a personal spell or bloodline.

Foundation Establishment movement

He can fly beside Li Shiqi while seeming to move at a leisurely pace, with each burst carrying them several hundred meters. This demonstrates controlled high-speed travel adequate for an urgent rescue. The text does not show him attacking, because Li Shiqi prevents the confrontation with Meng Hao before it begins. (Chapter 172)

Distress-jade connection

He carries a jade piece linked to Sang Luo. When it cracks, he identifies the event as a request for rescue and correctly infers that his brother has offended a stronger opponent. The mechanism's range and whether the jade transmits anything beyond danger are not explained. (Chapter 171)

Relationships

  • Sang Luo: His troublesome younger brother; concern for Sang Luo motivates the journey to the Xiao Clan and the cautious extraction.
  • Li Shiqi: Blood Demon Sect Dao Child whom he treats as a superior. Her judgment prevents him from attacking Meng Hao.
