Zhong Shisi

Zhong Shisi is a half-step Light Shaking swordsman serving the coalition of six bloodline clans that pursues Su Chen's group through the Goldwater Ruins. He is a poor interrogator but the coalition's most dangerous offensive fighter, using Blood Clones and permeating sword Qi until Uncle Eleven sacrifices an ally to create the opening that kills him. Pursuit in the Goldwater Ruins

Zhong joins Zhang Tingyue's coalition in hunting the younger cultivators and recovering Kaihuang's Heaven. Assigned to extract information from Wang Doushan, he returns empty-handed and is mocked as someone suited to killing rather than interrogation. His contempt for weaker opponents is direct: when Zhu Xianyao questions how the clans obtained the technique, Zhong sees no reason to explain an agreement to people his side can overpower. (Chapters 240 and 246)

That confidence meets a much stronger obstacle in Uncle Eleven. Zhong continues fighting even after his sword breaks, projecting a formless edge and coordinating multiple Blood Clones into the Seven Stars sword formation. His strange sword Qi leaves internal injuries that Uncle Eleven cannot easily expel. During the final melee, Zhong's clones kill Zhu Chen and his pressure makes him the single greatest offensive threat on the field. Uncle Eleven therefore allows Zhu Yanniang to be struck so he can appear behind Zhong; repeated palm strikes disintegrate Zhong's body. Appearance and personality
