Westminster is an Oceanid princess, the Oceanid leader's daughter, and their principal diplomatic representative in the human alliance. A renowned huntress from childhood, she arrives at Water Sheen Country at the moment conflict with Su Chen is about to erupt, then joins the campaign linking human forces to the Oceanids' war against the Sovereigns. Envoy in the Sovereign war

Westminster leads an Oceanid envoy into Jiang Jusheng's palace just as Su Chen is preparing the Boundless Sect to attack. Her accusation that Jiang's conduct is damaging harmony between the races forces the ruler to receive the delegation and helps stop an immediate battle. Her presence expresses Oceanid strategic leverage rather than ceremonial status: the promised fleet and the human-Oceanid campaign cannot be treated as a purely domestic matter. (Chapter 927)
