Wang Peiyuan is a senior leader of Clear River City's Wang Clan and the son of Wang Zhanyu. He chairs the Bloodline Nobility Clans' campaign against Su Chen, first advocating direct political and economic suppression and later coordinating the increasingly desperate response to Su's counterattack.

Coalition against Su Chen

Wang Peiyuan occupies the highest seat at a meeting of the ten Bloodline Nobility Clans and is introduced as the current Wang Clan patriarch. He proposes suppressing West River's villagers when they raise prices, organizes a cleanup force, and has the coalition declare Su an official enemy.
