Biography

Impersonation and a separate Wind Sprite identity

Nerela maintains Pei'er's public identity while the damaged original and the Old Witch pursue the Perfect Body plan. When exposed, she avoids a direct fight and later enters Saul's orbit. Saul shallowly joins her black page to an autonomous evil-thought soul fragment left by Pei'er, creating one vessel with two consciousnesses rather than restoring the original Wind Sprite. Nerela remains at the Purity Wizard Tower and is still present in the finale, where she confronts the Prismatic collective wearing Pei'er's face as a separate being. (Chapters 602–604, 702–703, 850–852, 946, 1034–1036)

Appearance and personality

Nerela can reproduce Pei'er's beautiful Wind Sprite appearance and also become a black shadow. More diligent and cautious than the attached Pei'er fragment, she prefers escape and adaptation to unwinnable confrontation.

Abilities

She uses disguise, shadow transformation, and Diary-supported consciousness embodiment; after the shallow merger, her vessel carries two independently thinking souls.

Relationships

  • Pei'er: Nerela impersonates Pei'er and later shares a vessel with a fragment derived from her, but never becomes the original who entered the Prismatic World.
  • Old Witch: The Old Witch exposes Nerela's impersonation during the divided-self confrontation.
  • Saul: Saul preserves Nerela in the Diary and gives her dual consciousness a place in his tower household.
