Sui is a healer who searches the Dead Zone for a cure and later joins the Atwood faction's off-world support staff.

Biography

Role in the wider conflict

Sui enters the Dead Zone to find a cure for her people, only to be forced into shooting the very undead countrymen she hoped to save when the hordes threaten the frontier villages. Her healing class gives no experience for those attacks and ammunition runs low, but she keeps firing carefully because inaction would let the disaster spread. She then helps save Zac amid the corruption crisis. Years later she chooses expeditionary service, having advanced to late E-grade while staying on the healer's path, and brings that hard-won medical experience aboard the Yphelion. Appearance and personality

Sui is initially described as a small healer carrying a rifle. She is compassionate enough to feel the moral cost of every undead she kills, yet practical enough to conserve ammunition and continue when the villages have no safer choice.
