Billy

Billy is an Earth-born powerhouse, founder of Billyville, and wielder of the club Bonker. His simple speech and literal thinking conceal a prodigious Titanic bloodline, an instinctive affinity for earth and expansion, and an unwavering moral code inherited from his mother. He becomes one of Zac Atwood's earliest independent allies before founding the Kingdom of Billy inside a traveling Mystic Realm.

Biography

Billyville and the Hunt

Billy thrives in the integration because it turns a confusing world into a problem he can understand: protect his town, strike monsters, and become stronger. He establishes Billyville beside a Ratmen incursion and spends months killing its forces while Nigel handles the explanations and administration. At the New World Government auction, Billy openly seeks allies instead of hiding his rank or authority. His eagerness for a different fight is practical as well as childlike; the Ratmen reproduce too quickly for his strength alone to close the incursion, so accepting cooperation becomes his first step into Earth's wider politics. (Chapters 85 and 132–136)

During the Eastern Trigram Hunt, Billy initially follows Nigel's misleading advice to hide from powerful enemies, but abandons that safety as soon as he learns Thea Marshall has been captured. Because Thea treated him kindly after the auction and his mother taught him to help people in need, he joins Zac without bargaining over rewards. His Titanic transformation breaks the Medhin defenses despite grievous wounds, allowing the rescue force to reach its target. The choice establishes Billy as an ally whose loyalty is grounded in friendship and principle rather than factional contracts. (Chapters 257–264)

Earth's defender and Titan heir

Billy continues fighting beside Zac, Thea, the demons, and the Valkyries during the campaign against Earth's remaining incursions. The Ez'Mahal atrocities enrage him into a devastating assault, yet afterward he cries because his mother taught him not to hurt people. He decides the slavers still had to be stopped and returns to battle so the strong can save their victims. That tension gives his violence a consistent boundary: Billy enjoys fighting monsters and fortifications, but killing people carries emotional weight, and he needs to believe force is protecting someone rather than merely enriching him. (Chapters 298 and 300–311)

The Titan inheritance turns Billy's unexplained growth into a path. A mysterious ancestor has already been reaching him through dreams, awakening his blood and teaching him while obscuring the memories when he wakes. Inside the Towers of Myriad Dao, that ancestor connects him with Thrak, whose trial teaches Billy to match Dao and terrain to a strike rather than rely only on size. Billy later applies the lesson throughout the hidden research base, protecting Kenzie Atwood and the Anointed against Cartava forces, cultists, and Adcarkas. His final blow fails to stop Adcarkas and leaves him unconscious, and the collapsing Dimensional Seed strands him with Ogras Azh'Rezak. (Chapters 444, 535–549, 581–659)

King of Bonk Mountain and departure

Years inside the traveling Mystic Realm force Billy to act without Zac or Thea. He and Ogras protect the resident Gnivelings, but Billy refuses to treat them merely as workers or bait and eventually becomes King Billy, Lord of Bonk Mountain. He also befriends the realm spirit Gemmy and stays to defend their territory from recurring beast tides after Ogras leaves to explore. Isolation does not arrest his cultivation: long periods of sleep strengthen his body, awaken his Titanic bloodline, and produce a Dao Branch. By the time Zac returns, Billy's presence resembles a mountain and he can direct Gemmy's spatial defenses against invading Hegemons. (Chapters 659, 715, and 901–911)

When Gemmy becomes sick from corrupted realm fragments, Billy refuses to abandon her even though she urges him to leave. He bargains with the dream ancestor for a method that can save her by collapsing the Mystic Realm into a portable pocket realm, accepting that he must later enter Southern Mountain in payment. With captive specialists, Zac's party, and Void Gate Monarchs, he completes the plan, helps repel the Kan'Tanu siege, and becomes the pocket realm's owner. He then honors the bargain despite wanting to return home, entrusting farewells to Zac and leaving for a Titanic faction so he can become strong enough for future threats. (Chapters 906 and 912–930)

Appearance and personality

Billy is enormous even in his ordinary human shape, with a heavily muscled frame and physical power that makes other Earth elites appear small. His Titanic transformation originally raises him above ten meters, covers his skin in a golden luster, and turns his blood gold. Later refinement makes the form more compact and efficient: he can stop around four meters while gaining golden hair, dense runic patterns, additional musculature, and eyes carrying a primordial aura. After years in the Mystic Realm, the golden hair remains visible outside his active transformation and his resting presence feels like a mountain blocking the horizon. (Chapters 132, 260–261, 535, 582, 647, and 909)

He speaks in the third person, renames unfamiliar things according to their most obvious feature, and distrusts explanations that use abstractions he cannot follow. This makes Billy easy to misdirect in the moment, but not morally pliable. He remembers his mother's lessons about modesty, courage, forgiveness, and protecting the weak, and those rules repeatedly override profit or fear. His literal reasoning also produces unexpected insight: he identifies practical truths others overlook, keeps promises once he understands their terms, and treats Zac's secrets as naturally as his own transformation. Humor surrounds him, but his grief after killing and his refusal to abandon Gemmy show that his attachments are neither shallow nor accidental. (Chapters 85, 257, 303, 535, 650, 906, and 912)

Abilities and cultivation

Billy is a Strength-centered close-range fighter whose cultivation grows through battle, sleep, Titanic bloodline instruction, and direct resonance with mountains. His formal early levels rise from 38 to 64, while later scenes establish an E-grade body, a level-75 skill, and a Dao Branch without supplying a current level or later grade. Unlike a conventional scholar, he often receives guidance in dreams and converts it into bodily instinct before he can explain the theory. This produces extraordinary progression, but also lets the ancestor control what Billy remembers and leaves him dependent on environmental or bloodline resonance for some of his largest effects. (Chapters 132, 178, 252, 295, 431, 444, 645, 906, and 911)

Titanic bloodline and transformation

Billy's ancestry awakens as a Titanic bloodline that pushes aside his mundane human heritage. The transformation increases size, mass, strength, and resistance to suppression while changing his hair, blood, musculature, and aura. In its early state he exceeds ten meters and can shatter an army barrier after absorbing sustained attacks. Thrak's instruction later compresses the same quality into a roughly four-meter battle form whose pressure alone kills nearby E-grade wolves before Bonker moves. The bloodline also resonates with enormous mountains, letting Billy endure weight that impedes other elites and draw more of a mountain's stability into his body. (Chapters 260–261, 444, 535, 582, and 647)

The form does not make Billy invulnerable. Early transformation enlarges the target without raising his Endurance to match his Strength, so ranged volleys tear open his body and require Zac's barriers or Valkyrie protection. His heaviest swings are also slow enough for mobile opponents to avoid, making him most effective against fortifications, siege engines, large monsters, or enemies fixed by allies. Thrak explicitly trains him to “bash without getting bashed,” and the later compact form shows progress toward reducing those weaknesses. Even so, Billy continues to rely on teammates for screening and control when fighting numerous Hegemons. (Chapters 260–261, 300–302, 549, 912, and 914)

Crushing skills and terrain resonance

Disintegrator turns a Bonker strike into repeated implosions and explosions, with each detonation building on the last. Billy first uses this kind of overwhelming force to break a ship and later combines the skill with his Seed of Expansion during Thrak's test. Expansion magnifies the destructive sequence, but it proves poorly matched to an impossibly dense stone. Billy succeeds only after shifting to the Dao of Boulder, making Bonker heavier and connecting the blow to the mountain beneath him. The lesson establishes his mature principle: the right weight and foundation can matter more than simply making an already huge attack larger. (Chapters 260 and 538)

His later level-75 skill manifests a massive golden hammer whose weight resonates with the Memorysteel Mountain. The borrowed mass turns more than thirty cultists to pulp, but Zac observes that the technique would be weaker away from mountainous terrain. A related golden rune appears behind Bonker during the Kan'Tanu siege, multiplying its weight and momentum until it falls like a collapsing mountain and destroys a fortified siege tower. These techniques give Billy exceptional anti-fortification power, yet their dependence on solid terrain, buildup, and a target that cannot easily disengage preserves the need for battlefield setup. (Chapters 645 and 914)

Dao, body tempering, and sleep cultivation

Billy's early Dao centers on Expansion and Boulder, corresponding to size and immovable weight. He reaches the Dao Ladder after a sudden combat breakthrough and later forms a full Dao Branch while sleeping inside the Mystic Realm; the exact Dao name and whether it combines those earlier insights are not stated. Years of bloodline cultivation also temper his body to the limits of E-grade, leaving his ordinary form with the oppressive density of a mountain. These advances interact naturally: bodily mass provides the vessel, earth-aligned insight anchors it, and Expansion changes the scale on which his strength can act. (Chapters 431, 538, 906, and 909)

The dreamscape is both cultivation method and channel of instruction. The Titanic ancestor awakens Billy's transformation, repairs or strengthens him during sleep, and later imprints a complex realm-reformation plan directly into his mind. Protective memory suppression initially causes Billy to forget the dream after waking, which prevents enemies from easily tracing the connection but also makes him distrust the ancestor and lose access to guidance. Extended sleep in Gemmy's care eventually becomes months-long cultivation, producing advances that Ogras considers abnormally fast. The method's latest consequence is obligation: saving Gemmy binds Billy to travel through the ancestor's array and train with Southern Mountain. (Chapters 444, 538, 906, 911, and 930)

Realm spirit bond and battlefield role

Billy's bond with Gemmy gives him authority over the compressed Mystic Realm. Before its reformation, Gemmy creates stable corridors and redirects spatial tears so that Billy can use the realm itself as a defensive weapon; after the pocket realm is stabilized, he can sense people throughout it and remove willing occupants. The bond makes him effectively omniscient within Gemmy's limited domain, which helps expose a fleeing traitor and clean out the remaining Kan'Tanu. It is not ordinary personal space control: the effects depend on Gemmy's health, cooperation, and the realm's available energy. Forcibly removing resistant Hegemons would exhaust the weakened spirit. (Chapters 902, 909–910, and 928–930)

In direct combat, Billy functions as wallbreaker and anchor rather than duelist. His friends protect his approach, restrain agile enemies, or open gaps; Billy converts that opportunity into a single crushing blow that can break arrays, disable a siege tower, or interrupt a stronger opponent. He also works fluently with the Anointed, whose formations cover his weaknesses while his mass holds enemies in place. The pattern explains both his extraordinary usefulness and his losses: when isolated or forced to chase mobile opponents, he absorbs disproportionate punishment, but when a group can deliver him to the decisive point, few fortifications survive. (Chapters 257–264, 300–311, 647, 652–655, and 912–914)

Items

Bonker is Billy's signature club and a Primal-series Spirit Tool. He renamed it after rejecting its original name, carries it in both ordinary and Titanic forms, and uses it to channel Disintegrator, Dao of Boulder, and his mountain-weight techniques. Its ability to scale with his transformations is essential: a fixed weapon would lose reach and effective mass as Billy grows, while Bonker remains large enough to serve as the final element in his wallbreaking attacks. (Chapters 538, 626, 675, and 680)

Relationships

  • Zac Atwood: Billy first knows Zac as the mysterious Super Brother-Man and then becomes his friend through the rescue of Thea. Zac values Billy's strength without claiming authority over him, while Billy repeatedly lends decisive force to Zac's campaigns and safeguards secrets he only partly understands. (Chapters 85, 132, 257–264, 300–311, 650, and 909–930)
  • Thea Marshall: Thea's kindness after the auction makes her Billy's friend, and her capture is enough for him to abandon a safe hiding strategy immediately. They later defend Earth together, recover side by side, and enter the Mystic Realm inheritance as partners. (Chapters 257–264, 431–444, 482, and 520–535)
  • Ogras Azh'Rezak: Ogras begins by stealing Billy's Ratmen incursion kill, earning lasting suspicion and the nickname “Horny Guy.” Being stranded together turns their comic hostility into practical loyalty: Ogras advises the Kingdom of Billy, while Billy remains one of the few people able to tolerate and resist his manipulation. (Chapters 257, 650–659, 715, and 901–930)
  • Kenzie Atwood: Billy fights beside Kenzie in the hidden research base and acts as a frontline shield while she controls technology and Memorysteel. He helps her reach Adcarkas and is stranded after the battle over the Dimensional Seed. (Chapters 623–655)
  • Emily: Emily supports Billy with attribute-enhancing totems during Earth's incursion campaigns, while the Valkyries protect his approach from concentrated attacks. Their cooperation pairs her flexible support with his specialized ability to break the enemy's strongest fixed defense. (Chapters 300–303 and 630)
