Scar Harley is an Alter Deleter whose teleportation and interchangeable modern weapons come from an artifact supplied to raise him to Deleter-level combat power.

Biography

Becoming a Deleter

Scar seeks the rank less from exceptional innate power than from relentless willingness to complete any mission. Heino judges that he has the required mentality but not a Deleter’s strength and assigns an artifact to close that gap. Scar’s initiation includes dealing with the bandits who killed his family, after which he distances himself from former associates Himmy and Marcus and embraces the role’s ruthless identity. (Chapters 850–852)

Attack on the academy and death

Ordered to erase the Dark Faction Academy, Scar kills teachers and students with firearms, explosives, and repeated teleportation, and he murders Himmy when their old relationship resurfaces. His mobility frustrates Raze, but Zon withstands the arsenal, tracks his reappearances, and burns his body beyond recovery. When Scar refuses to reveal Alter information, Zon ends his life with an energy blade; Zon later possesses Scar’s artifact. (Chapters 843–870, 1225)

Appearance and personality

Scar’s dependable physical description is limited; his canonical surname is Harley and his name is associated with a scar, but the corpus does not support a fuller stable portrait here. He is insecure beneath a boastful, mission-focused persona, measures worth through the Deleter title, and converts sacrifice into justification for escalating cruelty.

Magic, cultivation, and abilities

Scar is an otherworlder and expert marksman, not a demonstrated conventional mage or Pagna cultivator. His artifact lets him teleport and exchange weapons rapidly: handguns, Uzis, rifles, shotguns, an RPG, grenades, explosive ammunition, and blades. Teleportation grants extraordinary angles and evasion, but Zon’s system predicts it, his body neutralizes toxins and withstands most weapons, and Scar’s artifact does not protect him once Zon closes the gap.

Relationships

Scar once spoke often with Himmy and Marcus because they came from the same world, but becoming a Deleter destroys that friendship. He serves Heino, resents the stronger Deleters’ condescension, and dies opposing Zon after Raze escapes his immediate reach.

Items

Scar’s central possession is an unnamed Alter artifact that enables teleportation and produces or stores a broad firearms arsenal. It falls away when Zon defeats him and is later used by Zon; no final approved item slug exists for a separate link.
