Bailey is Bloan's muscular elder brother and a powerful Highgod encountered on Abyssal Mountain. After obtaining the Abyssal Fruit amid Linley Baruch and Bebe's struggle with the Spirit Snake, he is selected as an Emissary of the Chief Sovereign of Death. (Chapters 642–651)

Bailey meets Linley after Bloan thanks the travelers for earlier help and treats them with direct gratitude rather than suspicion. All of them are drawn into the contest for the Abyssal Fruit, where the Spirit Snake focuses on Linley and Bebe; the opening created by that conflict lets Bailey seize the fruit. He acknowledges their indirect help and waits with them before the Chief Sovereign of Death, who calls him forward and appoints him as an Emissary. (Chapters 642–651, 716)

Bailey is a muscular man with a straightforward manner. He is competitive when the Abyssal Fruit is at stake but openly grateful afterward, and his conduct toward the people who helped his brother is notably candid. (Chapters 642–651)
