Flora is the dark-elf official who becomes the manager of In-gong's residence at the Demon King's Palace. She handles the household's visitors, correspondence, staff, supplies, schedules, and formal arrangements as his political circle grows.

Biography

Managing the Ninth Prince's Household

Flora first meets In-gong as a real-estate administration official assigned to guide him after his achievements earn a better residence, then enters his service as its butler. Her restrained professionalism becomes the practical structure behind the expanding household: she screens visitors, receives allies, moves baggage and supplies, manages meals and refreshments, relays invitations and mission notices, and keeps a royal summons confidential without demanding an explanation. Her last confirmed action is urgently reporting the unprecedented cancellation of a court gathering while remaining calm under questioning. She is not shown after Chapter 176, so the later destruction of the Demon King's Palace does not establish whether she died or escaped. (Chapters 39, 42, 62–63, 102, 145, 148, 150, 175–176, and 221)

Appearance and personality

Flora is a dark elf with a slim build and short, neatly cropped purple hair. When introduced, she wears the blue uniform of a lower palace official and gives In-gong the impression of a cool, urban professional. She is usually serious or nearly expressionless, though unexpected behavior can briefly embarrass or shock her before she restores her composure. (Chapters 39, 102, 105, 145, and 148)

Her manner is respectful, dutiful, and discreet. Flora follows household instructions without prying, responds calmly even when urgent news and forceful questions unsettle her, and maintains the mansion's routines across In-gong's repeated absences. She is also a devout follower of Camilla, goddess of dreams and shadows, but the corpus does not show her using divine power. (Chapters 62, 96, 145, 148, and 176)

Powers and abilities

Flora's demonstrated strengths are administrative rather than martial. She coordinates servants, guests, transport, correspondence, meals, schedules, and security-sensitive information, and In-gong trusts that she has checked incoming correspondence for danger before passing it to him. No combat technique, spell, or divine miracle is attributed to her, and her devotion to Camilla should not be treated as proof of supernatural ability. • Felicia: Flora coordinates Felicia's visits and correspondence with In-gong's residence and answers her questions about palace deliveries. • Carack: Carack initially mistakes Flora for another subordinate before learning her administrative role.
