Biography

A clan master brought under Yun Che

Ming Xiao first enters Yun Che's affairs through his son Ming Yang, who invokes the Dark Roc Clan's reputation while confronting the unknown Divine King. Ming Xiao and Great Elder Ming Ao then arrive as powers capable of terrifying the Eastern Frost faction, only to discover that Yun Che's concealed strength makes their regional dominance irrelevant. Once Yun Che establishes control, Ming Xiao changes from potential enemy to respectful subordinate. He later seeks an audience through Dongfang Hanwei to deliver special information Yun Che ordered him to gather, treating the former lower-city princess with deference because she stands closest to his new superior. Appearance and personality

Ming Xiao carries the dark, imposing aura of a roc clan leader and is accustomed to lesser factions fearing his arrival. He is proud but adaptable: after learning the real balance of power, he suppresses contempt, fulfills assignments carefully, and observes the courtesies required by Yun Che's new order. Abilities and cultivation

Ming Xiao is one of the region's strongest Divine Kings, with Dark Roc movement, flight, perception, and clan command. His power dominates ordinary local factions but remains far below Yun Che and Qianye Ying’er's concealed divine-region scale, which compels cooperation rather than combat. (Chapters 1538–1554)
