Hunt for “Ling Yun”

Lei Tiangang helps Lei Qianfeng hunt the disguised Yun Che after the stranger exposes the Black Soul Divine Sect's crimes. He correctly suspects that the fugitive has outside help and organizes the sixty-four halls while the sect reels from poisoned heirs and spreading rumors. Yun Che's retaliation turns that mobilization into annihilation; Tiangang is caught with the elders when lightning and poison destroy the force he assembled. (Chapters 1090–1109)

Appearance and personality

Tiangang is a stern, vicious-looking middle-aged man whose steps radiate oppressive force. He is more analytical than Lei Qianfeng in the early search, but remains entirely committed to protecting the sect's violent hierarchy. (Chapters 1090–1094)

Abilities and cultivation

He is a middle-stage Divine Spirit Realm cultivator and holds status equal to a Black Soul elder. His coercive aura subdues ordinary disciples, but Yun Che's ancient horned-dragon poison and engineered lightning strike overwhelm the gathered experts. (Chapters 1090 and 1099–1109)
