Defense of Divine Phoenix

Feng Feilie confronts Yun Che when the returning cultivator smashes the Divine Phoenix Sect's gate and Phoenix God Sculpture in answer to Blue Wind's invasion. As the new great elder, Feilie denounces the attack and joins the sect's strongest defenders. His fury cannot compensate for the gap created by Yun Che's growth, and he falls during the reckoning that forces Divine Phoenix to answer for its war. (Chapters 699–716)

Appearance and personality

Feilie is an imposing elder whose composure collapses into outrage when the sect's sacred symbols are destroyed. Proud, combative, and intensely institutional, he treats Yun Che's retaliation as blasphemy while refusing to center the suffering that provoked it. (Chapters 699–701)

Abilities and cultivation

He is a high-level Phoenix fire cultivator and one of the Divine Phoenix Sect's senior combatants. His inherited flame and elder status are formidable within the empire, but Yun Che suppresses the sect's defenders decisively. (Chapters 699–716)
