Biography
Caution preserves a ruthless hall until its founder speaks
Li Rainbow first appears reprimanding a subordinate after Meng Chuan kills Black Fiend Hall members. His history explains his method: he rose before the era's newer powers, exploited the weak, and later endured Celestial Thearch Myriad Star's pressure rather than fight a stronger rival. When Meng attacks another member, Li Rainbow considers destroying Thousand Mountain Star but remains attentive to wider faction risks. He joins Nebula Palace's confrontation over Myriad Star and continues sensing the River of Spacetime's great changes. His leadership ends not through defeat but when Black Fiend Progenitor directly orders him and Hall Master Nightmare to dissolve the organization. (Chapters 705–708, 725–726, 752, and 766)
