King Luyue

King Luyue is a black-haired Archean Mountain Regis Godfiend who normally guards Luo Tang Pass and leads Yue State's clans. His speed makes him a recurring reinforcement for Meng Chuan and Liu Qiyue, and he later guards Rain Peace City during the investigation of mass killings. (Chapters 212–436)

Biography

Reinforcement, capture, and city defense

King Luyue first races from Luo Tang Pass after Fu Jiao attacks Meng Chuan's team, arriving just after the demon's death. He protects Meng Chuan's secrets in his report and explains how demon bodies become sect resources. When Blackrock later ambushes the couple, Luyue arrives before the demon can reach another city, seals the surrendering commander's cultivation, and promises confined life in exchange for intelligence. (Chapters 212–244)

Years later, King Luyue guards Rain Peace City when a mysterious blood-colored attacker kills civilians. His poisonous bugs reach the distant lifeblood domain faster than his own body, while Meng Chuan captures the suspect. Luyue then takes charge of the aftermath. He remains alive at this latest scene; no subsequent death or retirement is stated. (Chapters 435–436)

Appearance and personality

King Luyue is a black-haired elder about three hundred years old. He is anxious when juniors are endangered, discreet about sect secrets, and willing to offer a captured demon survival when intelligence can save lives. Anger at Rain Peace City's casualties is explicit, while his personal family life and ambitions are not described. (Chapters 212–244 and 435–436)

Abilities and cultivation

He travels as a black beam, spreads perception or power through black ripples for roughly fifty kilometers, uses poisonous bugs for rapid long-distance response, and can seal a fourth Firmament demon's cultivation. He is described as an ordinary rather than peak Regis and is slower than Meng Chuan; his strength lies in reliable reinforcement and control, not a documented supreme attack.
