Guild Master Darkstar
Guild Master Darkstar is a black-stone Seventh Tribulation Eminence who builds his faction around prepared ambushes and treasure theft. His failed attempt to rob Meng Chuan becomes the defining embarrassment of his later appearances.
Biography
An ambush creates a dangerous debt
Darkstar watches Meng Chuan enter the Nine Trials Pagoda and covets Dragon Ancestor's likely reward. He sends five top Sixth Tribulation subordinates, secretly seals the battlefield, and then attacks personally when they fail. Meng Chuan cannot defeat him but uses the Spacetime Token to delay capture until Guild Master Fiend Eye intervenes. Darkstar loses an Eighth Tribulation array and gains an enemy with extraordinary potential. He later sides away from Realm Ancestor's accusation against Myriad Star, but by Meng's Eighth Tribulation rise he has apologized and obtained forgiveness, openly accepting the humiliation as prudent survival. Appearance and personality
Darkstar is a black stone golem who can expand into a gigantic figure. He is proud, greedy, patient in preparation, and shamelessly flexible when survival requires submission. (Chapters 654, 679–683, and 755)
Abilities and cultivation
He has the Matter law, an extraordinarily durable body, spatial attainments, and ambush arrays that isolate teleportation. His direct blows overwhelm Meng's peak Sixth Tribulation defenses, but Fiend Eye can stop him and he fails to secure the coveted treasure. (Chapters 679–683)
