Cave Lord Scenic Cloud

Cave Lord Scenic Cloud is the strongest Eight-Headed Star Swallowing Snake of his era and the backer of Snake Fiend Star. His defeat by Meng Chuan ends his race's plundering position in Three Bay River System and eventually brings him into Meng's service.

Biography

Defeat replaces extortion with allegiance

Scenic Cloud begins as a distant threat: he has cultivated for more than fifty thousand years, mastered three Fifth Tribulation laws, and supports a branch that has plundered Three Bay River System for millennia. He demands ten thousand cubes in compensation for withdrawing that branch. Meng Chuan refuses and fights him on Snake Fiend Star, forcing Scenic Cloud to flee with a Void Transference Talisman. Scenic Cloud subsequently honors the settlement, and by the time Meng reaches the Sixth Tribulation realm he resides on Thousand Mountain Star, respectfully seeking advice about breaking through his species' bloodline limits. Appearance and personality

His true form is a colossal Eight-Headed Star Swallowing Snake with eight necks and tails; humanoid traits are not established. He is calculating and proud but retreats decisively when threatened and later keeps his promises. (Chapters 581–586)

Abilities and cultivation

Scenic Cloud has three poorly compatible Fifth Tribulation laws, a powerful Star Swallowing suction, a vast Tail Phantom, and an exceptionally resilient body. Meng's repeated Essence Soul attacks disrupt his control, showing the limitation of his Physical Body specialization. (Chapters 579 and 582–585)
