Authorizing the final attempt to contain Du Ge

Shen Long joins the Governor, company chairman, and military leaders in evaluating bodies and plans capable of containing Du Ge. As repeated possession attempts consume enormous mental-power reserves, he questions whether Du Ge’s apparent weakness is a bluff and presses for a more cautious reading. The leadership proceeds anyway. After Du Ge overturns their intelligent brain and absorbs thousands of keywords, Shen Long survives long enough to be questioned directly about how many members of Pan-Universal civilization remain. Appearance and abilities

He has executive authority over civilization-scale decisions and mental-power deployments but no personal battlefield skill is identified. That authority collapses once Du Ge controls the system on which the operation depends. (Chapters 642 and 649–655)
