Governor

The Governor is Pan-Universal Entertainment's most powerful executive enforcer and the official entrusted with confronting Du Ge after the company's control systems fail.

Biography

Entering the battlefield to contain Du Ge

The Governor arrives at headquarters as Du Ge's backend data becomes inaccessible. He already knows that Du Ge has split his consciousness and waits for the fragments to merge, intending to seize the resulting super-body rather than interrupt the process prematurely. The company projects him into that vessel with mental power far beyond Du Ge's and access to thousands of accumulated skills, expecting overwhelming superiority. (Chapters 642–654)

The plan fails because the selected body has developed for only days, lacks faith, and possesses weak physical foundations despite its enormous skill inventory. The Governor destroys Du Ge's former host with spatial collapse but cannot prevent the avatar's recall. In the ensuing battle he can only defend against Du Ge's stronger integrated body; company control vanishes, and the Heart of Cangjie ultimately reduces him to serving beside Du Ge's body. Appearance and personality

The Governor is patient, confident, and willing to conceal his knowledge from colleagues while waiting for an optimal vessel. That confidence becomes a liability when he treats mental power and copied skills as substitutes for a mature body and accumulated influence. (Chapters 654–655)

Abilities

The Governor possesses mental power stated to exceed Du Ge's by more than twentyfold. After projection he accesses the super-body's large skill collection, including a spatial imprisonment-and-annihilation effect that collapses space around a target. His practical output is limited by the vessel's poor attributes, absent faith, and brief keyword development; high mental power lets him endure Du Ge's assault but does not let him counterattack effectively. Relationships

• Du Ge: The Governor tries to appropriate Du Ge's accumulated super-body, but Du Ge's planning turns the projection into a trap.
