Xu Qing

Xu Qing is the reliable first seat among Fragrant Ginger Yard's outer disciples. She supplies dan materials, manages credit and accounts, distributes Zuo Mo's Golden Crow pills, and responds to emergencies, making her an operational link between Shi Feng Rong's teaching yard and its disciples rather than a frontline cultivator.

Biography

Documented arc

Xu Qing introduces herself when Zuo Mo begins learning dan-making, offering to answer practical questions and sell him materials. She lets him buy ingredients on credit, reports yard affairs to Shi Feng Rong, and quietly learns from the questions he is permitted to ask. As his experiments expand, she becomes his supplier and account keeper. She also lends him fifty second-grade jingshi when the sect doubts him, making her support financial as well as administrative. When Golden Crow pill production begins, Zuo Mo delegates allocation to Xu Qing because her experience with personal relationships makes her suited to the politically sensitive task. Her standing rises, but she uses that influence to keep ingredients, food, and distribution organized. She later finds Zuo Mo unconscious in the dan room, immediately summons the sect leader, assists with his medicine bath, and continues supplying healing pills and materials while accurately maintaining his debt. Appearance and personality

The source does not give Xu Qing a stable physical description, usual clothing, age, hair, or build. Her visible reactions—warm smiles, alarm, sympathy, envy, and quickly concealed exhilaration—are described more often than her features. Any more detailed portrait would be speculative. Xu Qing is respectful, observant, prudent, reliable, and good at managing people. She can tolerate Shi Feng Rong's temper, avoids giving Hao Min grounds for retaliation, and remains calm enough to direct others in a medical emergency. Abilities and cultivation

Xu Qing has deeper practical dan experience than the newly initiated Zuo Mo and can identify materials, maintain supplies, and manage yard operations. The text does not show her personally forging advanced pills, fighting, or reaching a named cultivation realm. Hao Min and Fragrant Ginger Yard
