Gu Xiang Tian is a seal xiu manipulated by the Tian Family into attacking Zuo Mo. His limited arc establishes a talented paper-seal maker whose principal combat strength is concentrated in a self-forged black gold seal soldier.

Biography

Ancient Battlefield and Turtle Island

After the Tian Family informs him that the Ren Family has been destroyed, Gu Xiang Tian confronts Zuo Mo to repay an old debt by taking Zuo Mo's head as a sacrifice. Working with Qing Xu Daoren's illusion disk, Gu attacks through his black gold seal soldier while keeping his own location hidden. Zuo Mo endures the construct, exposes Gu's position, and charges him; Gu is killed before the seal soldier can return. His body yields the damaged soldier and a detailed forging scroll, which Zuo Mo later uses to repair and remake the design with better materials. (Chapters 449–466)

Appearance and personality

The corpus supplies no stable description of Gu Xiang Tian's body or clothing. He is debt-conscious, proud of his seal soldier, smug while the illusion trap holds, and quick to panic once Zuo Mo finds him. His stated motive is repayment to the Ren Family rather than payment from the Tian Family, though the latter deliberately steers him into the conflict. (Chapters 450–452)

Abilities and cultivation

Gu Xiang Tian is skilled at designing and making paper seals, but his personal power is explicitly described as not very high. He controls a sixth-grade black gold seal soldier whose repeated attacks nearly kill Zuo Mo. Control requires Gu to remain within range; greater distance weakens the soldier, creating a route to its controller. (Chapters 450–463)

The soldier is Gu's ultimate attack and absorbs most of his effort and resources. Missing materials force him to use inferior substitutes, leaving the construct below his intended design. Once his concealed position is revealed, Gu lacks the personal speed or defense to survive Zuo Mo's charge. (Chapters 452–464)
