Green Leaf

The Green Leaf is a living potted artifact whose interior is the miniature Green Leaf World, or Little Li Palace. It functions as an institutional residence, an examination venue, and—when wielded directly—a weapon whose physical leaves can be damaged or lost. (Chapters 109–110, 152–187, 660–673, and 761–763)

History

The Pope's cultivated miniature world

The Pope keeps the potted Green Leaf in the Li Palace, waters it repeatedly, and maintains a divine-sense link to the miniature world within it. Called Little Li Palace, that inner space houses meritorious cultivators and serves as a controlled venue for the Grand Examination. Because it is vast yet cut off from the outside world, the artifact operates as both a residence and a secure institutional space. (Chapters 109–110, 152–187, 226–236, and 426)

From world-weapon to mobile inheritance

During the coup, the Pope carries the pot in place of the Divine Staff and uses the Green Leaf World for his strongest attack against Tianhai Divine Empress; it retreats heavily injured with only three weary leaves remaining. After his death, Zhizhi carries and deploys it, and a broken monolith removes another leaf and cracks the artifact. It later returns to the Li Palace, continues to host examinations while Zhizhi transports it, and is again taken elsewhere before its last appearance. Abilities and properties

• It contains the Green Leaf World, a stable miniature world formally called Little Li Palace, with enough space to house cultivators and examination halls. The space is not connected to the outside world except through its controlled entrance. (Chapters 109–110, 152–187, and 249)
• The Pope's divine sense is linked to the inner world, allowing the artifact to function as a supervised and secure residence. The source does not establish that every later bearer gains the same personal link. (Chapter 110)
• The whole miniature world can be directed as an attack of extraordinary force. Physical damage to the potted leaf nevertheless matters: battle leaves it depleted, a monolith can crack it, and individual leaves can be lost. (Chapters 660–673 and 761–763)
• Watering restores a withered leaf's visible health, but Chen's speculation that stronger growth enlarges or stabilizes the entrance is not confirmed as fact. (Chapters 163, 524, and 603)
