The prepared match

Huo Guang dismisses Tang Thirty-Six with a sneer and wins his opening match so quickly that his opponent must be carried out. Clergy who know his strength then manipulate the draw and secretly give him details of Chen Changsheng's first match. Acting on that advantage, Huo opens with the true-essence-intensive Regiment Shattering Fist to deny Chen time to settle into the fight, then uses Unfettered Cloud to evade upward. The preparation is not enough: Chen severely injures him and removes him from the examination, making Huo's defeat an early measure of Chen's unexpected combat ability.
